Photographer's Note
The back of the Basilica of the Sacré Cœur in Paris, France.
This extremely popular tourist destination sits at the top of the Montmartre butte which is the highest point in the city of Paris. From the steps of the Basilica you can see quite a long distance (and from many places within the city you can catch glimpses of the spires of the basilica as well.)
The basilica was open for services on the Sunday morning I took this. They do have requirements of taking no photos or video of the interior (which is a shame, it's gorgeous inside), but they had a steady stream of tourists they allowed to walk the edges of the interior, even though there was a service actively in session during my visit.
This particular photo is not the most common view, this was taken in the gardens on the other side of the normal approach.

great colors and lighting. it looks 3D interesting archtecture. the problem with photography on the inside is it distracts those who are worshiping. many churches always have people inside praying even when the Mass isn't being celebrated. great shot.

Hi, an interesting shot, as you say not the usual one. It has captured the beautiful design of the building. a nice composition. Regards, Jean
