Photographer's Note
This is a Flag Tour, now located inside War Museum in Hanoi. I don't know much about this tower, but I think it represents the bravery and the victory of Vietnamese army.
PS: I desaturated the photograph except for the red flag. I wanted to give stress to it. Please comment how do you think about it.

I like pictures of flags, and this picture is similar to one of mine. I think it's in the Army Museum in Hanoi.
I'm not a huge fan of de-saturation, and I don't know what it is, but there's a visible patternin the sky in your shot. What is that?
Personally, I prefer the true colours. The tower is beautiful on its own. Nice composition.

The Ha Noi flag tower (31 meters high) is the last remaining of the Ha Noi citadel built in 1812. Yes, it's in the Army Museum.
I don't like B/W picture, but this is a good one.
