There are so many monasteries, chapels and churches in Crete! I listed all the ones on TE ( Up to Nov 23rd 2007 ). I had to create 3 themes,for 172 buildings; and yet, it only represents 2% of them, as it is said, there are about 8000, which anyone could well believe if they have travelled across Crete.
In this theme, I have collected all the buildings from Rethymno and Iraklion.
