I started with a unsharp masking with wide pixel size, but limited strength. 30 pix radius / 15% strength.
Then 0.3 pix radius, 80% strength. And then fade to darker.

After that saturation +6, brightness +14, constrast +4.
Then I used Velvia Vision plugin to pump up those golden tones and used a brush on the darker top parts.

Last another USM 0.3 pix radius / 55%, fade to darker.

I think you and I are both trying to experiment with workshops. I am not sure this is the intent of your image. I simply enlaged the photo, cropped the background out, and added a larger border. The doll still is a bit our of focus. I hope you don't mind my effort here. David

This is the color version of this picture. I also applied the filter to it, but without desaturation.

You have a great photo. I have simply enhanced the contrast, sharpness, and color slightly. I also added a border to highlight the photo. Your original photo is good. Perhaps my workshop has not made it any better. Please let me know. With Respects - David
