Intro: Hi all,
I was lucky enough to have experienced Asia on a few occasions and it certainly opened my eyes as to what varied a planet we live on and how lucky I am that I have good health. As a person from a modern & prosperous nation I remembered how I complained less about trivial things in my life and often thought about how other people live.

Another lesson learnt from travel & photography:
For the sake of saving $50 as a backpacker you have the chance to lose all your trekking pictures from Pakistan, Western China & Tibet.

PLEASE PLEASE if you are going to send your film home invest in a company such as UPS/DHL to deliver it to your doorstep. That way you will not be thinking of your loss 8 years later.
