Hello,
This is a photos from my latest trip to Tatras. Walking down the summit I was sitting and watching the mist crawling down at the creek. I was there for 30 minutes to create the image I wonted because the mist was moving all the time...

Amzing once again, i wonder if reproducing your settings with lower material, ie 350D and no canon type L, ND would lead to same result.

How do we like it? It's beautiful!!! AMazing, like a photo taken from the top of the world, it looks perfect with all the mist around and the sun that looks like a shining star, very successful image, it was worth waiting for it:)

Un nouveau contre-jour parfait tant au niveau de la lumière qu'au niveau de la compo ! L'ambiance est superbe avec cette brume qui frôle la crête de la montagne ! Bon usage du filtre dégradé gris !

Hi Wojciech!
Incredible shot. the ND4 allowed you to go for f/22 which works nicely. I wonder what the same picture would have been with a f/5.6? Probably the sun would have been more natural, but the dof less impressive?! Did you try?

Hi Wojciech,
The light and colours are wonderful and the mist is very spectacular and well worth your wait.
The starry sun is a good touch and its all held together in a nice black frame.

Une vision fantasmagorique avec cette montagne enveloppée dans le brouillard; bon usage du filtre, et le soleil en forme d'étoile à branche multiple ajoute beaucoup à la force de l'image.

Hello,
I lake this photo is so unreal! In my opinion this what you saw it was a cloud crossing mountain ridge - I guess it was lower level cloud, weather condition changed (start to be windy) and cloud started to cross the ridge. This is my idea, what was the true, I dont now :)

a very nice picture from your compatriot Tomasz led me to explore the shots from the Polish side of Tatra mountains. Your picture is absolutely great. The sun above the mist and the rocky top of the mountain in the cloud / all well composed with great colours. Worth waiting.
