Photographer's Note
A hiking trail leads from the village of Selaenpohja through a forest from a parking place to this open lake in central Finland - the country of the 200,000 lakes. The location is the Leivonmaeen National Park, which is located about 40km
south of Jyvaskyla and 240 km north of Helsinki. It contains a system of (connected) lakes and mires each one of them having a special character:
When viewing the Sorsanselka Lake I was surprised by the orange-brown color of the ground of this crystal clear lake inviting me for this red-green-blue-composition.

Hi Mike,
Reflections from sky and wave patterns on sand make a good combination. I also like the birch leaning over the lake.

Hello Mike,
It's a very nice shot!
I love the ligne on the sand under the water mixed with the waves.
Beautiful color and an excellent framing makes this picture excellent.
