Photographer's Note

It is never too early to contemplate the Old Masters. When Elaine and I were strolling in the National Gallery Sunday afternoon, we were amused by the overwhelming presence of toddlers and young children running about and enjoying themselves among the artworks.

This little girl, Paloma, must have had a keen eye, for she would not want to leave the Old Master Gallery. She was having a wonderful time, considering Rembrandt's exquisite "Esther Preparing to Intercede with Assuerus" from a unique angle.

I have uploaded another shot of Paloma at the same gallery.
