View from Liars Bridge
Sibiu is a city in Transylvania, Romania, with a population of 147,245.Located some 275 km (171 mi) north-west of Bucharest, the city straddles the Cibin River, a tributary of the river Olt. Now the capital of Sibiu County, between 1692 and 1791 and 1849–65 Sibiu was also the capital of the Principality of Transylvania.
Sibiu is one of the most important cultural centres of Romania and was designated the European Capital of Culture for the year 2007, along with the city of Luxembourg. Formerly the centre of the Transylvanian Saxons, the old city of Sibiu was ranked as "Europe's 8th-most idyllic place to live" by Forbes in 2008. The city also administers the village of Păltiniș, a ski resort located 35 kilometres to the south.

Hi Piotr,a beautiful jump in the past of the old Sibiu but broken by the modern cars and the building in soviet style in background,but it's still a very interesting view from this city,the old houses with the typical roofs and colorful are lovely,a perfect capture made in the usual top quality. A nice photo of the street going down to the lower city of Sibiu. I liked both parts very much, the elegance of the upper city and the more exciting maze of streets and old houses in the lower part. We see some really fine buildings here and the view from above creates a nice perspective. The colours are really great.

Piotr, Liars bridge offers a plunging view on that street in Sibiu. The houses found here are old and it is as if time has stopped in that place. Fine colors, good image quality and excellent depth, instructive photo note, regards.

The viewpoint offers a great view of the town and its many old and colourful houses. The light was pleasant and gentle too and I like the contrast with the shaded right hand side. Well captured.

wonderful city view, so glad you posted this.
love the lighting, its so bright and colourful. I like the way the scene is split into 2 as well, with the road right down the middle. I think we've seen this same POV posted on TE before, it looks so familiar. cheers

Bardzo oryginalna perspektywa z gory.
Slonce przebilo sie przez chmury i miales wtedy tak zywe kolory!
Zywe i bardzo roznorodne!
Pomyslalem sobie ze niektore miasta maja tyle zieleni, na przyklad tutaj sa zielone domy :)

A wonderful laid back part of the city adorned by well preserved buildings lit by lots of sunshine. Nice lay out and lovely cobbled street taking the eye deep down and the whole shot. Lovely shot.

cześc Piotrze, Pamiętam dobrze ten widok z Mostu Kłamców. Ładne kolorowe kamieniczki, nawet ten czerwony element wyglada atrakcyjnie. Śliczna kompozycja i kolory.
