questo posto è meraviglioso con le case che ricordano con la loro architettura i templi greci.
Belli anche gli stupendi colori delle loro facciate, mentre un taglio deciso in verticale, ti ha permesso di fare una bella composizione.

You've not posted many pictures of Symi , a very attractive place that I 've discovered on TE , and that I should like to see one day .
This one is a classic , I think , but so beautiful , picturesque and colorful . MAy be you 've many jewels from here in your archives ;)

Hello Brian,
Greece must have some of the most photogenic architecture in the world, and the photos you've made from there are always a pleasure to look at. This is a really lovely shot of this beautiful island of Dodekanisos, showing the amazing architectonic character of theses houses with their delightful shapes and wonderful luminescent colours. I like the intimate atmosphere of the village and the wonderful light that is so nicely illuminating this scenery. The vertical format was a very good choice to put the emphasis on the houses stacked one behind the other. The overall visual result is quite attractive. Great quality image as always.

Hello Brian,
A magnificent view with all the front facades directed into the same direction, that of the sea and the camera.
The design of each building is very similar but there are nice colour differences and we also find different patterns and decorations.
Also nice are those rough, steep cliffs next to the houses.

this one is much different from your usual Greece scenes. but its still very much a top notch photo.
We've seen many of these styles on TE from this location, many that have blown out white light - but not yours. Light and colors are superb.
looking at the overall scene, i'd love to see a collage format too.

I think it´s hard to imagine more picturesque location for a village- nestled among the rocky hills and the sea.It´s just like your wrote-idyllic and where life goes peaceful and slow.Just love all these bright and vivid color you were able to bring out.

Ces façades variées et colorées, accrochées à la colline, sont très belles et parfaitement éclairées. Tu en as réalisé une très belle photo avec une excellente composition verticale.

Hi Brian,

I know that "beautiful" is cliche...but what can I say, this really is just that, beautiful! The clarity in your images is outstanding, which I think gives everything added precision. This is certainly no exception, the colors are vibrant and the light exquisite. I love the vertical composition for something like this, the stacked layers really work to your advantage. Very picturesque image, I bet the local tourist board would enjoy this one as well! Have a great week ahead.
