Hi Sue,
I've seen this building on photo likely hundreds of times, but didn't know about the nearby bars/restaurants scene. Interesting. I would not say it's not sharp as suggested above. Photographing a crowd with a 0.5 sec exposure time, I guess some people could have been more blurred than they are.
