simple scene made attractive by good technique.
Holding the camera at eye-level would not give such a good image, neither would waiting for a sunny day.
The low angle, the overcast sky, converging lines, repeating arcade, and saturated yellow come together to make a winner.

Interesting photo. Colors are especially good. The ugly yellow, snow white and narrow dark gray color of sky lights up an unrealistic effect. This is a nice perspective without distortion. So: good.
