Photographer's Note
This is the sacret mountain of the Guahibo and Piaroa Indians of Venezuela. It is located in Amazonas State.The broccoli like carpet is the continuous canopy of 30 meter high trees ( 100 Ft. tall).

Stunning ! Just incredible... This is a very rare view. Did you shot it from a plane ?
The only remark I would make : I feel that blue tones might not be well-balanced, not very natural. Unless these are the true colors of this region that I do not know ?

What an incredible place ! This mountain is just like a sharp piece of rock launched at the middle of the amazon forest. The color treatment you applied is a little strange, but the subject is so impressive by itself...

WOw, that really is an amazing mountain. And well captured. I really like the way the forest is like a blanket as far as you can see, right up to the edge of the mountain. I am sure some dinosaurs are still living on the top.

A very impressive shot. It looks like the mountain on which you'll find a castle with a chief inside, like in many novels. The sky is pretty scary too, making this mountain even more impressive.

this picture is really amazing...
every part of it makes me really want to visit it and no wonder that it is considered sacred... it has every right to be... :o)
and the picture itself is very beautiful, the contrasts, colours are beautiful... great view... and what's making it even more mystical is these stormy weather...

I hadn't seen this picture before. What an amazing view! Great point of view of this table mountain! I guess the blue hue comes from the plane window; you might get rid of it useing the color cast tool. Nevertheless, amazing shot. Regards, Yvonne

What a majestic shot. Fine POV, ofcourse. I like this carpet..funny you say it's broccoli like, indeed it looks a bit like that! The clouds add a charming atmosphere. What else can be said, it's a marvellous landscape, with this mountain standing out above it's surroundings. The carpet even continues on it, although it has steep ridges.
And a plateau on top, what a view should one have, if he can stand on top of that. Good colours, nice light and sharpness. Bit more contrast would be okay.
