Photographer's Note
The Suriname river is 480 km long and flows through the country of Suriname.
Its source located in the Guiana Highlands on the border between the Wilhelmina Mountains and the Eilerts de Haan Mountains(where it is known as the Gran Rio.
For import and export, the Suriname river is by far the most important river in the country.
And these small boats(water taxi)used it very. well.

Hello Ken
This is truly a beautifuly exposed photo. The motifv isn't exactly the biggest pricewinner, but the simple way it has been exposed makes it stand out from the crowd.
Colours looks simply magnificent, slightly matte but still with a great crisp look in some smaller areas.
The DOF works wonders as well, the full focus and attention is put right on the boat and thus it makes for a great composition as well.
Thank you for sharing.

Hello Ken,
So well composed following the rule of thirds! You placed the boat into one of the most powerful spots of the picture! I like the colors of the pinkish water and the clouds in the sky! Thanks for sharing!
With Friendly Regards,
