Photographer's Note
This is a portrait of the Street Camera Photographer, Victor Anchayhus is also known as "The Cameraman" of
Miraflores Central Park (Kennedy Park). He is the last known Street Camera photographer remaining in Lima and perhaps Peru. The camera he uses is a paper negative camera he had rebuilt in 1954 by a local carpenter using the original camera bellows, focusing rail, tanks, and paper holder. The original camera was acquired by his grandfather when we was a teen trading the family pig for the camera.
Victor can be found in this park 7 days a week, 364 days a year for the past 50+ years.
If interested, I have many photographs and video footage of Victor, his camera, and his life story.

Brooks,
I love the theme you are working on and the stories you are telling there. Isn't it a shame we all have these fancy cameras nowadays...
Keep them coming!
