Photographer's Note
So, I am not sure how I feel about this photo... I like the baby and the colors, but I cant help but feel that it could be better. I tried making it black and white, messing with the light and cropping it differntly, but nothing looked natural. Tell me what you think or do a workshop...

Hi Alyssa,
Nice POV but the quality could have been a lot better. Needn't go B&W coz that would mean gettin rid of all those wonderful colours. The focus is more on the clothes than on the baby's face.

The composition is nice as so the subject. I'm not sure a WS would make it much better, I guess the problem here was the focus when you took the picture, also the light is not easy as the baby face is on the shadow.

Hey Alyssa, cool photo. Although I have to say, it looks vaguely familiar, like the cover of the Lonely Planet Peru book. But you've certainly captured a snapshot of daily life that is distinctly Peruvian - nice work.
