These have to be the greatest notes I've read on TE! I suppose this is true about males world-wide? Ha! As for the photo, what a great moment, Isabel! The blur of the dress is such a wonderfully dramatic entry, and then our eyes end up on the boys.

We can also read long lists of what's wrong with us and still keep smiling. hehe. But only if we get a really good photo to go with the list. Yours is very good and I'm learning a lot about Paraguay, which I've always been curious about. You're right, with their expressions, they're definitely men in training. Welcome aboard boys!

I like the photo and the note, you´ve forgotten to add: Men dont cry. Enjoy your time and keep showing us photos like this, the compo is great, the regard of the boys is wonderfull (uhmmm maybe they are not watching the lady´s legs but her dress imagine themselves in the same spot... You never know what´s inside a man´s mind--- if such thing do exist). Take care all of you.

Good work - the blur of the dancers gives a great sense of motion, combined with the stillness in the background & the biys staring at them.
I have to disagree with one item in the note though - (some) mechanics don't tell men the truth either! ;)

The cost of underwear is really what steams me up. And the car mechanics thing.
What a perfect photo, a perfect moment captured here, telling a universal story. I could study those boys faces for a long time, trying to read them.
Excellent photo.

A perfect study about MAN and WOMAN
True or not - however - I like the way you present the difference
Waiting for some basic facts about woman...
Thanks for the mirror...

Bonsoir isabel. This one is stunning! This, apart from the graphic beauty (division of swirling orange and a blue rectangle to the right, looking on) i sooooo intelligent. And the title so apts. And your notes so generous. Great photograph, period. Love, francis

.........and ultimately you are considered expendable by the few strange men (and even fewer) women who rule the world you live in.
A great and very funny note Isabel for a fantastic picture - personally I think that these deeply emotional young men are either potential future shoe designers or bored out their tree by the antics of the women seeking male attention - not that ever happens of course - just my imagination!
What man looking at this list can't see large parts of themselves and what women tell them about themselves in it!?.......and you are generous, beautifully balanced as many of these things you laugh at are about women's views of themselves as well as men - just great!
best wishes - still chuckling - Kev.

Mmm, so those kids have a lot to look foreward to, but prabably won't be doing what they're looking at. Nice shot in your usual style. Maybe time to break a few conventions, not all those constraints are imposed.

Un frisson d'étoffe! I can think out of any traduction for my first thought by seeing your photo Isabelle...
An interesting juxtaposition of the immobile young upgrowing boys - you can read their troubled thoughts - and the blurryed mouvement of the warm coloured dress.
I only would have cropped the upper part with the electric wires, it's a bit disturbing the scene _ I'll try a WS to illustrate what I mean.
* And of course great notes too! ;o)))

Ole, what a great note to accompany a great puicture, Isabel. I'm catching up a bit with your shots from the trip, and a.o. this one was still to be commented on.
I like your's far better that my blur dance picture, because you focussed on the boys, and put it all in a different perspective ;-) Really lovely, I wonder what on the little man's mind ;-)

You forgot to say that a track suit is allways correct. Nice snapshots of the two, I like that "I know we are supposed to enjoy looking at girls but I don´t understand why"-look.

Hi Isabelle,
Funny note, although I am sure there is an opposite side viewed from a man's point of view.
THe photo is excellent, one boy looks interested the other one bored. While the dress occupies a large chunk of the picture, its movement and colour really impress.
Very well done.

Hi Isabel.
Not only a good picture: the note is really fun.
But the really important is the picture, and is really impressive. The two boys, with different behaviours and the coloured dress. Is fantastic.
And also a great composition.
Well done.

Fantástico Isabel, belas corês, a sensação do movimento e sua percepção para registrar os pés da dançarina, os meninos com sua atenção na situação, muito bom.
