Photographer's Note
Victoria regia is the biggest of the water lilies, the leaves can grow up to 3m in diameter. It's impressive to see this giant lilies floating on the water on the Tarapoto lake. On this picture you can see the semi dead leaves. I have picture of live plants but on this one you can see how big they are in confront with the boat.
When the boat engine stop, you can hear only the sound of animals on the distant trees and the occasional passing Ara parrots and some other birds.

Hello pulezan.
I like this wide view from low pov. The water lily and the partial boat has strong impact in the foreground. Good composition and have a wonderful weekend.

Hello Pulezan,
The inclusion of a part of the boat is a good idea for the composition of the picture but also to give us a better idea of the enormous size of the leaves.
Beautiful tropical landscape. Pretty reflections.
Best regards, Paul
