Photographer's Note

Another one from outside San Pedro de Atacama, while walking around. My friend here posed naturally, not aware of my position or of me taking her photograph, while she was looking toward the horizon and landscape looking for Desert Devils (small twisters). This area is known for numerous of those little twisters, even though that on that specific day we didnt see even one...
The water lane you see here is the water supply channel for San Pedro and across it you can see the snowy, cone-shapped Licancabur Volcano, almost touching the 6 K' altitude.
PP: Desaturation, Cropped, USM. I decide to leave the original tilt, as it fits her pose and the diagonal lines we can see here (her shadow, her body position, the water channel...). Appropriate?
