Just a cowboy's silhouette from the region of Tamanduá, Campos Gerais. I shot this a few minutes before the sunset. I have some other images from the same moment that I´ll post later.

Excellent colours of ths sunset and the sillhouette against the brightly colored sky.

Excellent silhouette Jose. This is the first I've seen of a cowboy, the fence and cow add a certain amount of charm to this as well. Very good colour.

Simplesmente espectacular este pôr-do-sol. Faz lembrar aqueles velhos filmes, "western" americanos, e não só porque os italianos também foram bons nesse género, dos anos 60 e 70. As cores estão lindas e a silhueta ficou perfeita. Só foi mesmo pena teres cortado ligeiramente as pernas ao cavalo. Mas, mesmo assim, está excelente.

silhuetas contra um pôr de sol laranja sempre foram poderosas, e esta não foge à regra. Entretanto, gostaria de ver a mesma cena mais a distância, de modo a termos uma idéia dos campos e também não termos sobreposição de elementos, no caso cerca/cavalo.
de qq modo, as linhas horizontais dão um toque gráfico que só fez enriquecer tua imagem.

belíssima silhueta. Gostei do POV fechado que acaba por mostrar o bonito perfil do cavalo e seu dono. Interessante que tenha conseguido tal coloração sem qualquer tipo de filtro. Muito belo!

Wow, great light! I like the strong silhoette of the man on the horse, and especially the way his head is tilted, which is emphasized by his hat. The colour is just amazing, so deep and rich, and the sun shining though the legs is a great touch too. Beautiful!

Muito boa tecnica que vc demonstra nesta imagem, Zeca. No entanto eu concordo com a Isabel que um pouco de distancia teria cabido. Gostaria tb de ver a cabeca do cavalo contrs a ceu, sem o poste obliterando. Espera ai, eu so to reclamando e eu mesmo nao saberia como tirar esta foto. Me falta a tecnica para tal.

Olá Zeca!
Bonita imagem desse peão, bem típico do nosso interiorzão! As silhuetas ficaram ótimas, mas acho que se alterasse um puco o POV e pegasse a vaca pastando por inteira, sem interferência do cavalo, ficaria melhor ainda! Mas acredito que seria difícil também, devido ao momento único... Fi´cou ótima assim!

Belissimo contra-luz, o vermelho intenso está ótimo. Me perguntou dia desses sobre a lente, bem não sei nem te reponder, não sou profissional e não entendo dessas coisas. Eu tô satisfeito com a minha 18-55 do kit...

Hi Jose,
This one was missed by my radar center... What a great advertising shot, just like Marlboro was doing with cowboys in the 90’s, using only silhouette to suggest the wild west and the life of free men... The sky is really hot, couldn’t have a better tone than this, and the silhouette is perfectly crisp, in a great position.
