Quase ninguém vai a Gramado sem comer um bom fondue em uma das várias casas especializadas da cidade. Comecei pelo fondue de queijo com polenta, batata e pão. Em seguida, fondue de carne de boi e frango. A foto mostra a sobremesa: fondue de chocolate com várias opções de frutas. No workshop, imagens dos fondues de queijo e carne.

Fondue in Brazil?? This fondue with strawberries in chocolate looks VERY tasty. MMMM, I wouldn't mind some of it. Very nice picture. excellent culinary presentation.

Yummy..it looks delicious and hard to resist. Mouth watering is the word:) I have tried this dessert a few times, often with a glass of champagne. A sharp and clear shot, excellent note, tfs!

pois eu fui um dos que não experimentaram foundue algum por la. haha.
na verdade não fico buscando muitas experiencias gastronômicas em viagem, até por falta de tempo e por vezes por falta de grana ou oportunidade.
a foto ficou bem bacana com o morango pronto para degustação.

I always thought fondue was the realm of the Swiss, until I read your note. I've learnt something new and now must try the famous chocolate fondue of Brasil. Good closeup, sharpness and warm colours.

This chocolate fondue looks very yummy. :-) I think I'd like to taste all of the dishes you mentioned, but chocolate is always my favorite. Nice focus on the strawberry, also showing us the pot and skewer.
