Photographer's Note

One year ago I posted this image that was both a celebration for the birth of my grandson and the anniversary of São Paulo, the city i was born in.

Today, another face of São Paulo: near Jaragua Peak a Guarani tribe lives in miserable conditions. They want a bigger piece of land, a place to grow their kids and live in peace.

In the first hours of the day I was blessed with the name "djadjuka-mirim".

Curumim, in guarani, means "kid".

Have a good day you all.
