Photographer's Note

Embu das Artes is a little town about 30 minutes away from Sao Paulo and is known by its artists and artisans.

Every week-end there are street fairs and some of the artists work by the side of their stands. (In this case, the painter is of Japanese characteristics, but is no surprise in Brazil, since there lives the biggest population of Japanese origin, outside Japan).

Streets are colorful (as you can see in the painting) and nice to walk around on a bright Saturday afternoon.

The original architecture is very well preserved and you can also find a good number of very pleasant bars and restaurants.

Raw Capture at ISO 400 – f5.6 – 1/320s @ 70 mm.
