Photographer's Note
I don't know why I didn't post this one earlier. It belongs to the same serie of pictures taken at the Corcovado statue. My very first picture posted at TE was similar, actually it was taken in the same day, but a bit earlier, during sunset. This one it was taken when it was already dark.

What a stunning night shot this is. Really beautiful, almost velvety blue tones. You've retained a lot of detail, and the composition works for me because you've filled the whole frame with interest. Great light levels, and the contrast between the blue and orange works so well here.

nice shot Bruno, i like the domination of the blue color.
i wish you had mentioned the shutter speed, it seems to me that a slower exposure could have worked even better.

I almost feel like crying when I see this picture because of all the great memories that it recalls me...
Anyway, it's a very beautiful picture. It wasn't yet too dark so one can still see the bay clearly. With the light rays of the cars, it was easy to figure out where Botafogo was...
Uma foto muito linda ;o)

Amazing pic Bruno!
This night shot is so immaculate in its details.Wow!! I love the green lights forming the "lazy S" along the coast and also the lights in the far-off regions connecting tiny islands. It feels like a thread that connects us all. I wish to visit the spot and try and capture a similar shot.
