Photographer's Note

The title is a reference to the architectural concept that underpins the Juscelino Kubitschek Bridge, arches that seem to leap or bounce as thrown across the surface of a lake. It also alludes to the joy of the photographer in his element, which defies even the rain (the equipment, however, does not…).
I was very fortunate to capture the blue moment, casting its bluish tones over the background clouds, while including the menacing layer of stratocumuli perlucidus just above the bridge, with some pouring rain from a cumulonimbus just to the left.
I'd appreciate your remarks. Thanks.
