Taken from Base camp on my recent climb on aconcagua. The sun had dropped off fast and i could just about hold my camera my hands were so cold..

for me too, it looked like an erupting volcano in the thumbnail, the red of the sinking sun illuminating the mountain tops in the brightest shades of red.
Excellent contrast of colours, and also good sharpness - must have been difficult with the low light and numb fingers.

Hi derek
Congratulation because even if you were cold, your hands were not shaking, and the iamge is sharp. Nice sunset colors, the orange peaks contrasting with the deep blue sky.
