Photographer's Note

The beautiful Villavicencio hotel is a normand-style construction which in the 1940s decade was used as a first-class touristic residence for the richest people in the region. Its located between mountains, and to get there its necessary to use a dirt path with 365 curves, known as "the year path".
The hotel was closed during the 1950s because financial troubles and poor administration. Since then it remains closed. Althought its good external condition, its deteriorated and its difficult to repair.
Today is well known because this region is the home of a well-known argentine mineral water source, an the bottles of those waters have its photograph printed on it.
