Another from my wifes birthday morning. Even Milford Sound brings out the pinks on her birthday!! I have to bring her everywhere I plan to take photos!!

Colors are really well rendered. I suppose you've used a very long exposure time. Effect on the water is really great.

The difference between other mirror effect and yours is the transparency of the water very well captured here.

Great early morning photo with excellent lighting in the sky and on the fjord. Your composition is great showing the clear water in the foreground allowing us to see the rocks both above and below the water line. The reflection gives the photo nice depth and balance.

Wow, spectacular shot! It's hard to beat Milford Sound, especially when there is some colour in the sky like that. The steep mountains give this a very dramatic appearance, which contrasts very well with the smooth glassy water. Superb work, as usual - the master shows us how it's done!

Hello Adam! Oh the subtle shadow reflections of the mountains of the mirror like surface is a beauty to behold. The subtle pastel colors are excellent as well. The far surface of the lake is well placed in the frame.

Hi Adam,
Another great shot! No blackflies around at that time of day? I'm interested in more details with regard to the technicalities of the shot: how long before dawn was this taken, what exposure, did you use a filter and if so which one. Thanks for sharing this one with us.
