Photographer's Note
White Island is the top of an active volcano submerged in the Bay of Plenty about 50 km off the coast of North Island, New Zealand.
It is quite an impressive view with steam bellowing from the crater.
The place is not exactly a popular tourist spot because of its remote offshore location; except when your cruise ship happened to pass by on a sunny morning.

Hi Conrad
Having recently sent some clients there, it's nice to see such a beautiful view. The special light brings out the rich multicoloured earth. It's so weird seeing the steam coming out of the crater. Excellent sharpness too.

Really nice picture to look at. Sharp, nice colours, interesting place. Here it looks like gold in a 'dangerous' environment of steam, heat and acid. I immediately looked if I could find other pictures of this place but found not so nice as this one.
