Photographer's Note

is there any australian who couldn't recognise this icon? i doubt it.

taken from the path behind the sydney opera house, this is the sydney harbour bridge, lovingly called by locals, the coathanger. the polariser was working like magic that day, there was a bit of wind but that blue has come straight from the camera, not much processing, except for some sharpening.

with curcular quay to the left in theis shot and the domain behind me in this pov, this part of sydney is one of my favourite places to go. there's also the rocks, nsw art gallery and mrs macquarie's chair. so much to see and do.
