I agree with Eino, a really nice shot - looks great as a small thumbnail but rather blurry and noisy in its larger form. Great comp though. Regards, TW

Thanks to Klaudio I finally found your critiques of my photos, but for some strange reason they do not get through to me or to Klaudio on our gallery pages; maybe it is something to do with your settings in your 'Profiles'.
Anyway, thank you for the comments. I appreciate your experienced views and interesting suggestions.
This photo appealed to me because it looks a little similar to some that I have taken around Mitta Mitta. I see you are using the Pentax K10D which is a very good camera. The quality of the image on the screen is not good, as the other members have written in their comments. At first I thought it was just not sharpened enough after it had been resized, but I see that it is only 42k in size. This means it is much too compressed, and no amount of sharpening will improve it. The file size can be a maximum of 200k. You must set the file size when you save the jpg file at the end of the process. It is a shame, because the photo is beautifully composed and has a marvellous light falling on the near slope. It looked superb in the thumbnail, and has attracted hundreds of viewers. I hope you can work out how to save your sharpened file to be about 180 - 190k in size.
