This is my last set of photos from our recent rip down the Darling River and along the Murray River.
We drove north-east from the Murray River heading home. Along the way was the small town of Conargo, established in 1859 after the pub had opened in 1853. It has never been large with the current population being under 200.
Disaster struck in 2014 when the pub was burnt down. Now, 7 years later, you can see that they've started rebuilding it but keeping as much of the original structure as possible.
Also in town and in the WS is the one shop and on the sports oval opposite were just about as many ibises as there are people in the town.
