Photographer's Note
This old time vintage carousel located in the San Francisco Zoo was built by William H. Dentzel in 1921. The Dentzel family was renowned for their intricate wood-carved carousels. The building and animals were restored a few years ago bringing back their original appearence with brilhant colors and fine detail.
