Photographer's Note
Though I'm now out of Lake Pleasant Regional Park, I've used it as the "City" as it's the closest, readily identifiable location. This photo was taken during my hike up Indian Mesa and looks back towards where my hike originated. Whether you count the water and wet area that can be seen as the surfacing of the Aqua Fria River or the furthest extent of Lake Pleasant is a debate for others to wage.
Just above the top of the saguaro is the road leading to the boat launch site.

Highlights reduced, shadows lightened, sensor spots removed, and contrast adjusted.
