Photographer's Note
The quiescent reflecting surface of Burro Creek in the dry season hide the depth of creek's channel.
The canyon is noted for its agate deposits and the Bureau of Land Management (the U.S. agency responsible for the area) has limited the amount a rockhound can recover in a day. I've forgotten the actual amount, but liked the fact that the signage says "? pounds and 1 rock".

Post-processing: sky's shade reduced, auto contrast applied, and brightened.
