Photographer's Note

I had the pleasure to witness some great sunrises in my life. One of them was from the top of Haleakala Volcano which constitutes the majority of Maui Island. You can reach the tallest peak (10,023 feet = 3,055 m) by car. Most people arrive just to watch the sunrise. They return to the beaches shortly after. I didn’t manage great photos there, but I tried to show here an impression from that special moment.

This is my 100th photo from the USA.
