This was taken at the observation lounge of Canyon Rim Visitor Center. This lady was engaged in a phone conversation overlooking the forest. The reflections of the visitors on the deck to the left of her from the window on her right looked as though she was accompanied by ghosts, perhaps ghosts of past visitors.

Canyon Rim Visitor Center mainly acts as a visitor contact station for area information and for interpretation of the natural, cultural, recreational, and historic values of the New River Gorge. The center has an estimated 300,000 visitors each year. The most easily recognized attractions of the site are the views of the gorge and bridge. The back deck of the center offers a two-mile view southward into the park. Visitors discover the striking size of the gorge with one of the world's oldest rivers at the bottom.

Ziyaretçiler altında dünyanın en eski nehirlerinden biri olan vadinin çarpıcı boyutunu keşfederler.
