Photographer's Note
This is a sign I saw right by the calling bell outside a beautiful log home. I couldn't resist but take a quick snap, and the gentleman who owns the place appeared right by me through the garage door, and the next thing you know, I had my hands in the air .
He recognized my friend with whom I had visited his place and I took a deep breath of relief. He said the little gun belonged to his great grand son, and he thought this to be the best way to save it for good. The folks were one of the nicest folks I had met in my trip to the wild west. This log cabin was in a small town, I even forgot the name, but was about 15 some miles from Sheridan, WY.
I'm digging through my old collections, and I'm sharing the ones I feel are somewhat funny or worth sharing. Thanks for stopping by. All comments are welcome.

Hello Sreehari,
That is certainly humorous...and also a bit scary!! I wouldn't want to wonder onto this property accidentally! :-) I like the wood of the cabin, too. Thanks for sharing this detail from the "wild west". :-)
