Hi Bennett,
Lovely bl/w cityscape, Bennett. Great pov and composition, perfect placing of the tower in the front. Also the framing is spot-on, creates a Fritz Lang 'Metropolis' feeling. I also like the placement of that tiny flag in the corner there. Timeless!

Your black & white is simply perfect. Atmospher is there, details are very good like POV and framing. It's like an old movie, good choice of exposure.
