Photographer's Note
Some years ago I spent my summer holidays visiting Seattle and Vancouver with two different home exchanges in these towns.
I spent a Sunday going from Seattle to Lavander festival in Sequim.
Sequim is approximately two hours from Seattle or Tacoma. The population of Sequim is 4,928 (2004).
In the native language "S'Kwim" means quiet waters.
Going there I not only enjoyed lavanders but also wanderful landscape during the way.

I can smell it ... really! I like the wideness in this picture with all these bushes and trees. A wonderful sight and a diversified landscape ... Let's have a walk there ... ;-)

You really did a nice job of conveying the sense of a lavender field; I can almost smell the flowers!! Fields of flowers are very difficult to convey with such impact. As to Ireland, I did enjoy it, burt not as much as Northern Itsaly where I had the most charming guide.
