Photographer's Note
This is my lucky photo in many ways:
(1) It happened on a day of hard raining all day long;
(2) I almost decided not to the 4:30pm ferry back to Seattle. Another hour later things would have been all dark.
(3) I forgot to lower the ISO in the frigid wind. All other shots came out blurry.

You sure got a lot of things right here. The light is just excellent. The skyline looks most dramatic. Congrats on a very good capture.

I think your photo makes Seattle look like a much bigger city than it really is (it probably only takes about 20 min brisk walk from one end of your frame to the other). Very interesting point of view, good colours, good composition.
