Photographer's Note
On the day I took this image of Mt. Ranier there was an incredible amount of atmosphere I could not cut through off into the distance. From this vantage point on top of Larch Mountain at Sherrard Point, Mt. Ranier is possibly, 80 miles distant to the northeast.
This location is closed beginning in November due to snow as Larch Mountain rises up to over 5,000 feet.
