I NEED SOME SERIOUS ADVISE HOW TO DEAL WITH THESE JAGGED LINES AND QUALITY AFTER RESIZING.
Taken this morning along the waterfront by the Embarcadero. Once I opnend this phot I realized how many San Francisco symbols are represented. First and fore most the Oakland San Francisco Bay Bridge. This amazing feat of engineering and ever constant retrofitting brings thousands into San Francisco daily, and at night with its lighting it makes it seem like the city is wearing a diamond necklace. Then there’s the Cupid’s Span, a sculpture by Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen donated by the owners of GAP to the city.
On the right side of the photo the brick building has been a landmark since the 1900. Visible as ships come into port. The street sign indicates Herb Caen way. Herb Caen wrote a column, which was read by many and it was as important as the morning cup coffee. During a speech in 1996 he said “`Well, God, I love this town! I've loved it since before I was born, and I'm going to love it after I'm gone. It's been the greatest 80 years of my life so far, and it's going to get better. One day if I do go to heaven, I'm going to do what every San Franciscan does who goes to heaven: He looks around and says, ``It ain't bad, but it ain't San Francisco!'' There’s the sailors their ship was nearby I’d seen them all over town and they seemed overwhelmed and this bunch was discussing in Spanish how to use the rest of the exposures left on their disposable camera. I thought about cutting out the partial parking sign but changed my mind. San Francisco has little parking and getting a parking ticket is almost a right of passage. I once had my car towed away because of a defaced parking sign...

The photo was adjusted with curves, levels and a slight contrast adjustment. Rotated resiszed and cropped. In the aoriginal size it looks great but after resizing the lines become jagged and the quality is not very good.
