Photographer's Note
Clark's Fork located on the Middle Fork of the Stanislaus River in the High Sierra is a beautiful location for photographing, hiking, camping and horse back riding. This location is located just off State Highway 108 in Northern California a bit north of Yosemite National Park

Dan, you posted just AMAZING photo! Needless to say that 'blurred' water streams are just great! I alsmost see water running and running down... GREAT!!!

Good afternoon Dan -
Nice image of the waterfall and well done on the veiling effect. My only comment is that I think the image would look a bit better cropped down from the left to remove the rocks and most of the log hanging over the lip of the fall. The rocks and log do not seem to add to but detract from the image. The cropping would also focus the viewers attention squarely upon the fall.
Thanks for sharing

Yeah, a bit north of Yosemite and yet a quiet waterfall gets the post. i like it...the slower speed is just right and the raw nature is captured nicely, Dan.
I particularly like the large rock in the foreground. I think it adds to the shot by creating the textural balance between the hard rock and the soft water falling blur.

Hey Dad
Cool shot. How come you didn't take me here last weekend? :))) Just kidding. Nice capture of the water with the perfect amount of shutter speed. A really pretty scene.

Beautiful waterfall Dan:)
Excellent play with the long exposure. I see the hig f-stop has made it's purpose as everything seems to be in perfect focus and you've managed to compose well with lovely details catching the eye everywhere, allways with the nice focus on the waterfall. How high is it? At first I thought it was about half a meter but with some imagination it could be far moore. especially with the trees..
Cheers

Hi Dan,
Beautiful long exposure of this pretty little waterfall. I like the fine detail of the rocks with the deadfall and bit of green adding scale to this photo.
Regards, Tom
