Photographer's Note
This photograph is a portion of the flat area along the Contra Loma Reservoir taken at summer time. There may be green grasses along the water and green trees around but the rest are tinder dry grasses as far as your eyes can see. This carries on up the hills and reflected over the water. It is just a common scene but what a scene to behold because of the "Greens among the Gold".

Maybe a common scene for you, but for others, it is a first. I like how the vegetation seperates the image in two and contrasts with the gold of the field..

Hi Andre,
Nice shot, good vivid colours, nice scene including reflections and good sharpness too.
Some minor things : the photo seems quite noisy, there is especially some colour noise, best seen on the water, left side in the distance, also on the right side in the reflection.
Also I'm questioning myself what those orange/red lines on the hill in the distancea are, there are 2 / 3 broad lines that emerge from the top and slope down to the right.
Can you explain them?
