Photographer's Note

Waterfalls have always been a pleasant subject both for a beholder and a photographer. This is a photo taken after a long and strenuous trek down the Havasu Canyon (a part of Grand Canyon, but rather isolated and not so wide-known). We hiked for about 6 hours through the bottom of the canyon (there is no other way, and that's probably why the place is not a destination point for Sunday trekkers). To see the falls you need to pass through a Navajo Indian village, and sometimes you have to pay a fee (we managed to avoid it:-)) The view itself is stunning and worth the murderous trek. It was taken just before dusk.
