Photographer's Note
The Totem Bight Clan House and its totem poles stands guard over the Inside Passage near Ketchikan on a balmy, late-summer's day. The humidity is visibly casting a pall over everything. This clan house is a replica of Native architecture developed in SE Alaska. It was built as part of the CCC during the 1930's. It's well worth a visit if you come to Ketchikan.
