Photographer's Note
Taken from the above in student union in my university campus. I was waiting until I saw someone, especially a girl, walked by here. I took about 50 shots but this one appeared to be a good one, to me. I increased color saturation a little bit. Hope you like it.

Hello Sothy,
I like this shot very much. The arch frames and holds the subject together nicely. For the composition the young woman is in the perfect spot -- a little earlier, and she would only be in part of the photo, a little later, shee would be in the arch and the sense of imminence would be missing. The perspective, the colors and the definition are all excellent. Well don, Sothy.
Incidentally, I went to your personal site, and saw the annoucement of the prizes — both excellent, and worthy of commendation.

Hi Sothy,
A very nice symmetric composition where only the figure in the floor and the girl are assymetric.
The artificial light is well captured here and the natural light outside does not cause any over exposure. Your shot is well timed with the girl at this position.

Geez...fifty shots, well I admire your determination. The symmetry of the archway and the two trashcans is well placed in your shot. i like the contrast between the orange glow of the intereior and the brighter white light of the exterior. Also, the lone woman walking past breaks up the monotony of your photograph. well handled and I really like the subtle colors.

You did well to wait till she appeared.Her black dress contrats well with these orange tones and I like the repetition of black with the rubbish bins.I like that she is breaking the symetry and I like her move.

Sothy, I don't have all the other 50 exposures that you did of the same place. You definitively found a very good POV to get this architectural composition and the extremely well placed girl gives the rest. Excellent!
