Photographer's Note
When i came home from work today the tree out front caught my eye. I wanted to do a closeup of the colorful leaves. I took some water and splashed on the leaves trying to get some water dripping from them but it didn't show up to well. Added some contrast in photoshop and added a black border. Hope you enjoy

Hi Jason,
Nice idea for picture, I like the water drops and the DOF chosen. I think a tighter crop would have been nicer but just a personal perference. I also find the border a little distracting. Maybe too much bluriness because of the blurred background as well.

Hi Jason,
I hesitated clicking the thumbnail as it didn't look so appealing, so the actual photo was a very ncie surprise.
It's a wonderful autumnal image, with beuatiful color and good sharpness, DOF and POV.

Good macro of the autumn leaves. The red stands out well against the yellow. Good DOF choice to blur the background.

Very nice macro and a good idea for a picture.
I like the colours and the details are very good, you can see the waterdrops on the leaves.

Hello Jason -
This image has some nice fall colors for sure. You do have some water drops on one of the leaves but the one thing the water did was saturate the colors. Next time try using a pump spray bottle to apply the water you will get better results. My only comment is the composition is a bit busy, especially on the right side. Try cropping from the right and see what it looks like. Well done.
