Photographer's Note

This is below the Norfork Dam at the Quarry Park. The Northfork of the White river is a popular spot for trout fishermen. Until a few years ago the North Fork River held the distinction of producing the world record brown trout. The generators are running so the water is up. This picture shows the water flowing in the river along with a backwater that is produced when the water is up. I really liked how the sunlight interacted with the scene. I hope you enjoy the picture, and if you like fishing; this is a good stop to consider making.
